Youth & Family Pastor Position Announcement
Trinity Church of the Nazarene is excited to announce that we are seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to Youth & Families to join our ministry team.
This role will provide primary leadership for our Youth Ministry (grades 6–12) while also offering organizational and leadership support for our Children’s Ministry (birth–5th grade). Our church has a strong and growing youth group with tremendous potential, and we are looking for a leader who is passionate about discipling students, investing in families, and helping young people develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus.
This is a full-time pastoral position with a competitive salary, designed for someone who feels called to build relationships with students, equip volunteers, partner with parents, and help integrate the next generation into the life of the church.
The Youth & Family Pastor will work closely with the Lead Pastor and ministry team to continue strengthening our ministries to children and students and to help us make more and better disciples of Jesus Christ as we Love God, Love People, and Serve Our Community.
